It is a signature New Mexico style adobe construction with a chili pepper-shaped swimming pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), a hot tub (open year-round), a yoga yurt, a Native American sweat lodge, a meditation path, a garden and a labyrinth. It has been a farm house, a sanatorium, a boarding school and now a bed & breakfast and a retreat center that can host yoga, meditation, art retreats, company gatherings, weddings and family reunions.
We have 18 uniquely decorated rooms that vary from a cozy and romantic get-away for 2 with a warm and inviting fire place to larger rooms that can host a family of 6 or 7. Every room has its own full bathroom. Blue Sky Retreat Center and bed & breakfast has a spacious dining hall that can be a beautiful space for a wedding reception, a formal dinner for a large group of people, or an inviting space for a yoga retreat for 30-50.

In 2015, San Geronimo Lodge was purchased by Roger & Albina Rippy after many family vacations and cherished memories. Now they want to share this love with you.
Breakfast buffet includes an egg dish (scrambled eggs, frittata or boiled eggs), bacon or breakfast sausages, baked potato wedges, oatmeal with all the fixings (raisins, dried cranberries, flax seed, walnuts, etc.), fresh fruits and berries, yogurt, granola, cereal, an assortment of breads, freshly baked muffins, coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice and milk
Our outside rooms are dog-friendly. Only house trained dogs can be brought to Blue Sky. Please let us know in advance that you will be bringing your dogs and we will ensure you are assigned to a dog-friendly room. We welcome your dog at $20/per stay or $25/for 2 dogs extra charge.
Please bring a blanket to cover our bed and furniture. Your room will not be serviced during your stay. If you intend to leave your pet in the room while you are gone, please bring a crate.
In the event damage is done to the furniture or carpet, your will be charged for the replacement of these items plus lost revenues due to the closure of the room.

We had a great 2-night stay in April. It was mid-week and before peak season, so we were the only people there. The staff was very friendly & accommodating (especially with my pick breakfast preferences). The bed was so comfortable!
